שביעית פרק ח׳ משנה ג׳
Produce of the seventh year may not be sold by measure, weight or number. Neither may figs [be sold] by number, nor vegetables by weight. Bet Shammai says: they may not be sold, even in bundles. But Bet Hillel says: that which is usually tied in bundles [to bring] to the house may even be tied into bundles for the market, such as leeks and netz hahalav.
אֵין מוֹכְרִין פֵּרוֹת שְׁבִיעִית, לֹא בְמִדָּה, וְלֹא בְמִשְׁקָל, וְלֹא בְמִנְיָן, וְלֹא תְאֵנִים בְּמִנְיָן, וְלֹא יָרָק בְּמִשְׁקָל. בֵּית שַׁמַּאי אוֹמְרִים, אַף לֹא אֲגֻדּוֹת. וּבֵית הִלֵּל אוֹמְרִים, אֶת שֶׁדַּרְכּוֹ לֶאֱגֹד בַּבַּיִת, אוֹגְדִין אוֹתוֹ בַּשּׁוּק, כְּגוֹן הַכְּרֵשִׁין וְנֵץ הֶחָלָב:

לא במדה ולא במשקל ולא במנין. כדי שימכרו בזול. א״נ מתוך שאין מוכרין אותן כדרך שמוכרים בשאר שנים ינהגו בהם קדושת שביעית ולא אתו לזלזולי בהו:
אף לא אגודות. שלא ימכור כדרך שמוכרים בשאר שנים:
ונץ חלב. מפורש בפרקין דלעיל:
לא במדה ולא משקל ולא במנין – in order that they can be sold cheaply. Alternatively, because they don’t sell them in the matter that they sell in the rest of the years, they will treat them with the Sanctity of the Seventh Year and not come to disregard/despise them.
אף לא אגודות – that he will not sell it in the same manner that they sell it in the rest of the years.
ועץ חלב – it is explained in the chapter above (Tractate Sheviit, Chapter 7, Mishnah 1).
