And these are the items that are buried from which deriving benefit is forbidden: In the case of a sacrificial animal that miscarried, the fetus shall be buried. If the animal miscarried a placenta, the placenta shall be buried. And the same halakha applies to an ox that is stoned for killing a person; and a heifer whose neck is broken when a corpse is found between two cities and the killer is unknown; and the birds brought by a leper for purification; and the hair of a nazirite who became ritually impure, who shaves his head before beginning a new term of naziriteship. And the same halakha applies to the firstborn of a donkey that, if it is not redeemed with a sheep, has its neck broken; and a forbidden mixture of meat cooked in milk; and non-sacred animals that were slaughtered in the Temple courtyard. Rabbi Shimon says: Non-sacred animals that were slaughtered in the Temple courtyard shall be burned, like sacrificial animals that were disqualified in the courtyard. And likewise, an undomesticated animal that was slaughtered in the Temple courtyard, although it is not similar to the animals sacrificed in the Temple, shall be burned by rabbinic decree.

ืืืื ืื ืื ืงืืจืื โ these are because of the prohibition of deriving benefit.
ืืคืืื ืฉืืื ืชืงืืจ โ for there is no after-birth/placenta without the offspring.
ืืฉืขืจ ื ืืืจ โ for if the hair of the Nazirite was pure when he shaves on the day of his fulfillment of the days of his Nazirite [vow], it is through burning and not through burial.
ืืืืื ืฉื ืฉืืื ืืขืืจื ืืฉืจืคื โ because they exchange Holy Things that occurred to them disqualifying defilement or the disqualification of a remnant, and they errored to state regarding them also that they should be buried, but we derive from what is written regarding a sin-offering/purification offering (Leviticus 6:23): โ[But no purification offering may be eaten from which any blood is brought into the Tent of Meeting for expiation in the sanctuary;] any such shall be consumed in fire,โ that teaches on all the disqualified things that are in holiness that they are burned, therefore, non-consecrated animals that were slaughtered in the Temple courtyard are also through burning.
ืืื ืืื ืฉื ืฉืืื ืืขืืจื โ and even though that wildlife one does not make a decree about for perhaps they erred to bury disqualified Holy Things, for the entire world knows that there is no wildlife among the Holy Things, and they donโt come to be exchanged, even such should be burned. But the Halakha is not according to Rabbi Shimon.
